Το αυτοκίνητο ήταν πλήρως καλυμμένο από πάγο μετά από ένα σπάσιμο στον αγωγό ύδρευσης στη γειτονιά Fishtown της πόλης που πλημμύρισε τον δρόμο της.
Κατά τη διέλευση των οχημάτων, έπεσε μπόλικο νερό επάνω στο αυτοκίνητο της και αυτπό πάγωσε σε θερμοκρασίες υπό του μηδενός.

The woman, who made sure to put both windshield wipers up, has a good attitude about the situation, saying, "It is what it is."
"I mean it's kind of funny, so like it is what it is."
